Mousley House Farm dates from 1780 and is set in 65 acres of 

undulating Warwickshire countryside about 5 miles north of Warwick

Town. The nearby motorways M42, M40, M1, M6 and M5 give access

to such venues as the NIA in Birmingham, NEC and Royal

Showground at Stoneleigh and of course The Royal Shakespeare

Theatre in Stratford upon Avon.  Local airports are found at 

Birmingham International, Coventry and Nottingham (East Midlands)

and countrywide rail links are Birmingham International Railway

Station and Warwick Parkway plus several local stations.

 

We offer longterm residential and equestrian tenancies and are

happy to accept well behaved pets.

 

The Cottage

This three bedroom semi-detached cottage is situated in the nearby

village of Claverdon and is available for 6 month lets. There are no

equestrian facilities onsite, but they could be made available at the

farm which is 4 miles away.

The Barns

We have 5 residential barn

conversions onsite of varying

sizes from a one up one down

gallery landing bedroom to

spacious four bedroom two sitting room conversion.  The barns 

are let unfurnished on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements,

6 months being the minimum letting term. Some of the barns have

garden areas or patios and others are low maintenance and have

parking areas. Tenants are able to make use of equestrian facilities

here on the farm by separate arrangement.
