from Malaga Airport and 25 minutes from Marbella town. It is set in a 
development that has security andis user friendly for wheelchair/pushchair
users and has nearby golf and leisure sports faciities.

Features and Facilities

Large gated and fenced 'L' shaped swimming pool positioned directly below the apartment's balcony. 
There is jaccuzzi and steam room adjacent to the apartment block. Other swimming pools on the 
development are freely available for use by guests of the apartment. The development is fitted with 
lifts and ramps to make it suitable for for wheelchair/pushchair users.  Car parking is in an enclosed 
basement area. Security on the development and for the apartment is good. Charges for the cleaning
service are arranged on booking.

Local Amenities

There is a good sandy beach within a 12 minute or so walk away.  The Paraisa Riviera development 
has good local bars and restaurants within easy access but it is generally quiet by midnight. The local 
Aztec Leisure Club offers tennis courts for hire as well as other sports facilities and the nearby Oasis
Golf Club has one of the best courses on the Costa del Sol.
