We offer all options of livery at the farm from full livery to grass keep. Stable and grazing rental is offered to tenants of the residential barns.  

• Individual DIY Stable with Grazing is @ £35 per horse per week
• Grass keep is at £18 per horse per week with a reduced rate for 3 or more horses
• Livery clients may use the arena and horsewalker free
• Livery clients may use the xc training fences by separate arrangement

AMERICAN BARNS

• Unit 1 - 10 boxes  Let to June 2010
• Unit 2 -  2 boxes  available from August 2009

Rental price per barn - £800 per cal month excl of utilities 

 We have two American Barns onsite that 

  can be let on a commercial basis to residential 

  tenants. They were built for us by Warwick 

  Buildings Ltd. You can see a video of the

Floodlight All Weather Arena 

The arena is 40m x 20m. The surface is  a mixture

of sand and rubber supplied by Parkway Ltd.

We also have a horsewalker for use by tenants' horses.
