George spent the last 7 years serving as a Royal Marine Commando. In 2016 he decided it was time for a change in lifestyle, so he founded the cookery school. He has always had a great passion for food having been raised in an enthusiastic foodie family. His idea of the cookery school evolved from his love of creating good food and a desire to put something positive back into the world. Armed with just a spade, he created the organic vegetable garden to supply the school with healthy, fresh ingredients.

 

Charlie enjoys George's passion for cooking .... in that she enjoys eating what he cooks! Growing up in the countyside, she has developed a love for healthy, home grown food and is keen to teach her children about it. Charlie is a Sports Massage Therapist owning her own business, 'Room 2'. She adds a mothers touch to the cookery school and loves helping out at the Bake Off Parties and Team Building Events.
